देश में कोरोना वायरस से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित पांच राज्यों में शामिल मध्यप्रदेश में कोरोना प्रसार को रोकने के लिए सरकार कई कदम उठा रही है। इसी के तहत राज्य सरकार ने लोगों में रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए लगभग एक करोड़ व्यक्तियों को मुफ्त में विशेष त्रिकुट चूर्ण काढ़ा वितरित करने का फैसला किया है।

मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि जीवन अमृत योजना के अंतर्गत आयुष विभाग के सहयोग से मध्यप्रदेश लघु वनोपज संघ द्वारा इस काढ़े के 50-50 ग्राम के पैकेट तैयार किए गए हैं। ग्रामीण एवं नगरीय क्षेत्रों में लगभग एक करोड़ व्यक्तियों को यह काढ़ा मुफ्त में वितरित किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस संकट के इस दौर में यह आवश्यक है कि हर व्यक्ति की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता अच्छी रहे, जिससे यह वायरस हमें प्रभावित नहीं कर पाए। हम ऐसे प्रयास करें, जिससे कोरोना हो ही नहीं।

चौहान ने कहा कि हमारे ऋषियों एवं वैद्यों ने आयुर्वेद में ऐसी औषधियां बनाई हैं, जिनसे हमारी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ती है और हम स्वस्थ्य रहते हैं। हमारे आयुष विभाग द्वारा तैयार किया गया विशेष ‘त्रिकुट चूर्ण’ काढ़ा रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने में अत्यधिक कारगर है। इसे प्रतिदिन तीन से चार बार पिएं।

मध्यप्रदेश जनसंपर्क विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री ने जीवन अमृत योजना का शुभारंभ करते हुए यह बात कही। चौहान ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों के लोगों से बातचीत कर उन्हें इस योजना के बारे में बताया।

चौहान ने इस काढ़े को बनाने की विधि भी बताई। उन्होंने कहा कि पीपल, सोंठ एवं काली-मिर्च को समान मात्रा में मिलाकर तथा कूटकर तैयार किए गए त्रिकटु चूर्ण को 3-4 तुलसी के पत्तों के साथ एक लीटर पानी में उबालें। जब पानी आधा रह जाए, तब लगभग एक-एक कप कुनकुना काढ़ा दिन में तीन से चार बार पिएं।
