दिल्ली में कोरोना संक्रमितों के तेजी से बढ़ते आंकड़ों के बीच सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने माना कि लॉकडाउन-4 में रियायत दिए जाने के बाद दिल्ली में मरीजों की संख्या में थोड़ी बढ़ोतरी हुई है। फिर भी हालात नियंत्रण में हैं और किसी को चिंता की जरूरत नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि मरीजों का आंकड़ा बढ़ने के साथ स्वस्थ होने वाले लोगों की संख्या में भी इजाफा हुआ है। कोरोना से मृतकों का आंकड़ा भी तेजी से बढ़ता तो निश्चित तौर पर यह चिंता का विषय था। 

केजरीवाल के मुताबिक, गत 17 मई को जब लॉकडाउन के नियमों में कुछ ढील दी गई थी, तब आशंका था कि मरीजों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी होगी और इस बीच संक्रमण के मामले बढ़े भी हैं, लेकिन चिंता की बात नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सबको समझना है कि कोरोना आज या कल में जाने वाला नहीं है। कोरोना होता रहे और लोग ठीक होकर घर जाते रहें, तो चिंता की बात नहीं है। मौत के आंकड़े को हम कम से कम रख सकें, यह जरूरी है। 

नए केस गंभीर लक्षणों वाले नहीं 
केजरीवाल ने कहा कि जो भी नए केस आ रहे हैं, वह इतने गंभीर नहीं हैं। हमारे अस्पतालों में पूरी तैयारियों हैं। अस्पतालों में इतने मरीज आने लगे कि बेड, ऑक्सीजन और वेंटिलेटर कम पड़ जाएं तो यह चिंता का विषय होगा। रविवार तक दिल्ली में 13,418 पॉजिटिव केस थे। इनमें से 6,540 ठीक हो गए हैं। जितने ठीक हुए हैं, लगभग उतने ही बीमार हैं, जबकि 261 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। इससे पहले 17 मई तक कुल 9,755 केस थे। जबकि रविवार तक इनकी संख्या 13,418 थी। एक सप्ताह के अंदर करीब साढ़े तीन हजार मरीज बढ़ गए हैं। दूसरी तरफ करीब 2,500 लोग ठीक होकर घर चले गए। 

सरकार पूरी तरह तैयार, जीटीबी में 1500 बेड होंगे आरक्षित  
केजरीवाल ने बताया कि कोरोना के सरकारी अस्पतालों में 3,829 बेड हैं। इनमें से 3,164 बेड पर ऑक्सीजन सुविधा उपलब्ध है। अभी इनमें से 1,478 बेड ही इस्तेमाल हो रहे हैं। सरकारी अस्पतालों के करीब 2,500 बेड खाली हैं। दूसरी तरफ सरकार के पास 250 वेंटिलेटर हैं। इनमें से सिर्फ 11 का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है, जबकि 239 खाली हैं। निजी अस्पतालों में 677 बेड हैं, इनमें से 509 इस्तेमाल किए जा रहे हैं। 

निजी अस्पतालों में कोरोना मरीजों के लिए  2000 बेड उपलब्ध होंगे
केजरीवाल ने कहा कि दिल्ली के सभी 117 निजी अस्पतालों को 20 प्रतिशत बेड कोरोना के लिए आरक्षित करने का निर्देश दिया है। इससे निजी अस्पतालों में करीब 2000 हजार नए बेड उपलब्ध हो गए हैं। वहीं, निजी अस्पतालों में 72 वेंटिलेटर में से 15 का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है। दिल्ली सरकार जीटीबी अस्पताल को कोविड 19 के मरीजों के लिए तैयार कर रही है। इसमें करीब 1,500 बेड होंगे। इन पर ऑक्सीजन सुविधा होगी। अगले तीन-चार दिन में सरकार के पास अतिरिक्त बेड तैयार हो जाएंगे। 

मामूली लक्षणों वाले मरीजों का घर हो रहा इलाज  
केजरीवाल ने बताया कि अधिकतर मरीजों में कोरोना के मामूली लक्षण हैं। कई मरीज ऐसे भी आ रहे हैं, जिनमें कोई लक्षण ही नहीं हैं, उन्हें अस्पतालों में भर्ती करने की जरूरत नहीं है। ऐसे लोगों को होम आइसोलेशन में रखते हैं। दिल्ली सरकार की एक हेल्थकेयर की टीम उनसे प्रतिदिन बात करती है। उन पर नजर रखी जाती है। फिलहाल दिल्ली में 3,314 लोगों का घर पर ही इलाज चल रहा है।

इलाज से इंकार करने पर निजी अस्पताल को नोटिस
अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि दो दिन पहले पता चला है कि एक निजी अस्पताल ने सांस की तकलीफ वाले मरीज का इलाज से इंकार कर दिया। बाद अस्पताल ने उसकी जांच कराई और दो दिन बाद रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई। इसके बाद अस्पताल ने कहा कि आप कोविड-19 के मरीज हैं और हम आपका इलाज नहीं करेंगे। ऐसे में मरीज अपना बेड कहां तलाशेगा और वह कहां जाएंगा। कोई भी अस्पताल इस तरह किसी भी मरीज को बाहर नहीं निकाल सकता है। हमने उस  निजी अस्पताल को नोटिस जारी किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा  कि किसी भी अस्पताल में कोई भी मरीज आता है और वह कोविड निकलता है, तो उस अस्पताल की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह अपनी एंबुलेंस में भेज कर किसी सरकारी या निजी अस्पताल में उसे कोविड बेड दिलवाएगा।
