अमेरिका ने एक बार फिर से चीन को कोरोना वायरस महामारी के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया है। बता दें कि इस खतरनाक बीमारी के कारण अमेरिका में अब तक 99 हजार से भी ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। वहीं, 16 लाख से ज्यादा लोग यहां कोरोना के संक्रमण से प्रभावित हो चुके हैं। यही कारण है कि पिछले कुछ समय से अमेरिका और चीन में वाकयुद्ध छिड़ा है। अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री माइक पोम्पियो ने रविवार को कहा कि चीन की सत्तारूढ़ कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की सत्तावादी प्रकृति और दुनिया भर में खुद का आधिपत्य कायम करने की उसकी इच्छा का परिणाम ही कोरोना वायरस महामारी है।

दरअसल अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप और माइक पोम्पियो लगातार यह कहते आ रहे हैं कि कोरोना वायरस वुहान के वेट मार्केट से नहीं बल्कि, वुहान के लैब से निकला है।

माइक पोम्पियो ने स्काई न्यूज ऑस्ट्रेलिया को बताया, “मुझे लगता है कि अब यह साफ हो गया है कि चीनी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की प्रकृति का ही नतीजा है, जो आज पूरी दुनिया कोरोना वायरस महामारी के प्रकोप को झेल रही है।” उन्होंने आगे कहा, “हम में से जो लोग इसे देख रहे हैं वे दुनिया के लिए इस जोखिम के बारे में बात कर रहे थे। हम सत्तावादी शासन की प्रकृति को जानते हैं। हम जानतें हैं कि वहां क्या होता है, जहां लोग स्वतंत्र नहीं होते, जहां पत्रकार बोल नहीं सकते हैं।”
