ट्रेन परिचालन को लेकर रेलवे ने कई दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं, लेकिन एक बड़ा सवाल अब भी यात्रियों के दिमाग पर जोर डाल रहा है, जिसका जवाब आज गृह मंत्रालय और स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की संयुक्त प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में भी नहीं मिल सका।

सरकार ने ट्रेन चलाने का एलान तो कर दिया, लेकिन यह अभी तक नहीं बताया है कि ट्रेन से यात्रा करने वाले यात्री रेलवे स्टेशन तक कैसे पहुंचेंगे। क्योंकि  ज्यादातर राज्यों की राजधानियों में टैक्सी-रिक्शा सेवा अभी बहाल नहीं हुई हैं। वहीं, ट्रेनों के मंगलवार से चलनी शुरू हो जाएंगी। अभी सिर्फ यही बताया गया है कि यात्री को एक घंटे पहले स्टेशन पहुंचना होगा और स्क्रीनिंग से गुजरना होगा।

इससे जुड़ा सवाल सोमवार की शाम गृह मंत्रालय और स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय की संयुक्त प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में जब अधिकारियों से पूछा गया, तो उन्होंने भी इसपर कोई स्पष्ट जवाब नहीं दिया। यात्रियों के बीच फिलहाल बड़ा सवाल यही है कि कंफर्म टिकट तो मिल जाएगा, लेकिन वो ट्रेन पकड़ने के लिए स्टेशन कैसे पहुंचेंगे। कर्फ्यू पास को लेकर गृह मंत्रालय ने जवाब दिया कि कन्फर्म टिकट ही कर्फ्यू पास के तौर पर मान्य होगा। मगर जब उनसे पूछा गया कि लोग स्टेशन तक पहुंचेंगे, इसका कोई स्पष्ट जवाब नहीं मिल सका। 

गृह मंत्रालय की संयुक्त सचिव पुण्य सलील श्रीवास्तव ने इस संबंध में कहा कि हमारी ओर से रेड से लेकर ग्रीन जोन तक दिशानिर्देश जारी पहले ही किए जा चुके हैं। इसके मुताबिक किन्हें छूट मिलेगी और कितनी मिलेगी, यह पूरी तरह स्पष्ट है। इसके मुताबिक ही लोग अपनी व्यवस्था कर सकते हैं।

अगर किसी के पास निजी कार भी है तो उससे स्टेशन जाने के लिए जिला मजिस्ट्रेट या पुलिस प्रशासन से विशेष अनुमति लेनी होगी। जो फिलहाल इतना आसान नहीं है। यदि किसी को अपने वाहन से स्टेशन जाने की अनुमति मिल भी जाती है, तो वह स्टेशन पर अपनी गाड़ी कहां पार्क करेगा। सरकार ने अभी तक इस मामले पर कोई भी निर्देश जारी नहीं किए हैं, ऐसे में यात्रियों के लिए यह बड़ी समस्या बन रही है।

मास्क के बिना प्रवेश नहीं
