जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुरक्षाबलों को बड़ी कामयाबी मिली है। पुलवामा जिले के अवंतीपोरा में सुरक्षबलों ने दो आतंकियों को मार गिराया है। जबकि मुठभेड़ में आतंकियों की एक मददगार भी मारा गया है। फिलहाल मुठभेड़ जारी है। 

जानकारी के अनुसार, सेना और जम्म-कश्मीर पुलिस का यह साझा अभियान है। आईजीपी कश्मीर विजय कुमार ने बताया है कि गोरीपोरा, अवंतीपोरा में आतंकियों के छिपे होने की सूचना मिली थी, जिसके बाद इलाके को सुरक्षाबलों ने घेर लिया। 

आतंकियों ने खुद को घिरा देख सुरक्षबलों पर फायरिंग कर दी। सुरक्षाबलों ने भी जवाबी कार्रवाई की। जिसमें अब तक दो आतंकियों को मार गिराने में सफलता हाथ लगी है, जबकि एक मददगार भी ढेर हो गया है। 
 

बता दें कि जम्मू कश्मीर के शोपियां जिले में बुधवार को सुरक्षाबलों के साथ मुठभेड़ में चार आतंकवादी मारे गए थे। सुरक्षाबलों को सूचना मिली थी कि इलाके के मेलहूरा गांव में आतंकी मौजूद हैं। इस सूचना पर सेना की 55 राष्ट्रीय राइफल्स, सीआरपीएफ और एसओजी की टीम ने गांव की घेराबंदी कर सर्च ऑपरेशन चलाया।

घेरा सख्त होता देख एक मकान में छिपे आतंकियों ने सुरक्षाबलों को निशाना बनाकर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। पहले तो सुरक्षाबलों ने उन्हें समर्पण के लिए कहा। इसके बाद भी आतंकियों ने गोलीबारी जारी रखी तो सुरक्षाबलों ने भी जवाबी कार्रवाई की।

पुलिस के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि सुरक्षाबलों ने शोपियां के मेलहूरा इलाके में आतंकवादियों की मौजूदगी की खुफिया सूचना मिलने के बाद मंगलवार रात को वहां घेराबंदी की और तलाशी अभियान चलाया गया।

उन्होंने बताया कि यहां छिपे आतंकवादियों ने सुरक्षाबलों पर गोलियां चलानी शुरू कर दीं। सुरक्षाबलों ने भी जवाबी कार्रवाई की और मुठभेड़ में चार आतंकवादी मारे गए।
