भारत और चीन के बीच वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) पर विवाद बढ़ रहा है। दोनों देशों की सेनाओं ने सीमा पर जवानों की संख्या में इजाफा किया है। हालांकि, एक तरफ सेना बुरे से बुरे हालात से निपटने के लिए तैयार हो रही है। वहीं, देश में इस विवाद को लेकर राजनीति शुरू हो गई है। 

कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि चीन के साथ सीमा पर मौजूदा हालात को लेकर सरकार की चुप्पी से अटकलों को बल मिल रहा है और ऐसे में सरकार को सही स्थिति के बारे में देश को बताना चाहिए।

राहुल ने ट्वीट किया, ‘चीन के साथ सीमा पर हालात को लेकर सरकार की चुप्पी से संकट के समय बड़े पैमाने पर अटकलों व अनिश्चितता को बल मिल रहा है। सरकार को सामने आकर स्पष्ट करना चाहिए और जो हो रहा है उसके बारे में भारत को बताना चाहिए।’
 

कुछ दिनों पहले भी कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा था कि भारत-चीन सीमा पर मौजूदा गतिरोध को लेकर पारदर्शिता की जरूरत है। गौरतलब है कि पूर्वी लद्दाख में स्थिति उस समय तनावपूर्ण हो गई जब पांच मई को करीब 250 चीनी और भारतीय सैनिकों के बीच झड़प हो गई और इसके बाद स्थानीय कमांडरों के बीच बैठक के बाद दोनों पक्षों में कुछ सहमति बन सकी।

बताया गया कि इस घटना में भारतीय और चीनी पक्ष के 100 सैनिक घायल हो गए थे। इस घटना पर चीन ने कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की थी। नौ मई को उत्तरी सिक्किम में भी ऐसी ही घटना सामने आई थी।
